Drive Sustainability has launched its 3rd version of the Self-Assessment-Questionnaire (SAQ) on Sustainability for Automotive Sector Suppliers. It will be available in English, Chinese-Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish.
The SAQ is a tool applicable for all suppliers in the Automotive supply chain to assess the sustainability performance in areas such as social and environmental sustainability, business conduct and compliance, and supplier management. It is based on the Global Automotive Sustainability Guiding Principles.
Every two years the SAQ is being updated in consultation with key stakeholder to take into account new regulations, management systems or trends.
More than 20,000 suppliers have done an assessment with the SAQ in the last 4 years. Drive Sustainability continues this journey expecting 10,000 suppliers to complete the SAQ 3.0 in 2018.
